To what means?

.. am I on this regime?

I am NOT on it to body build.
I AM on it to increase my power to weight ratio.
I will look more physically fit which makes me happy.

Power to weight ratio is key. I should be in the game of increasing my ability to move weight (strength/power) and to become more active/fit to keep my weight at a constant or less.

5 years later…..

New regime

Target :

1. Double Front KB Squats @ 2x28kg : 10 reps x 5 sets
2. Renegade Rows @ 2x28kg : 10 reps left then right x 5 sets
3. Single OH KB Mil Press @ 24kg : 10 reps left then right x 5 sets

Frequency : Once per week + one JGYM session per week + BJJ

Progress curve : add one rep to each set per two weeks

Post target : increase half pood and reset ladder to 5 reps.

Current attempt (12th Aug 2014) :

1. 6 reps x 5 sets
2. 6 reps l/r x 5 sets
3. 6 reps l/r x 5 sets

Comments : Completed.. rubbish form on the last OH L press…. Cycle through it again next week.
